It is a damned shame that this game never took off. Basically, White Wolf is a remarkably easy game system to pick up. Changeling, on the other hand, is complicated in just the right ways. The Bunk system of magic is worth the price of admission. Basically, when fairies do magic, the whole area gets more and more magical with effects playing off each other like letters in scrabble. Best magic system ever, though it's fairly context dependent to Changeling.
